ChristianaCare is seeking a Medical Physicist to join the Helen F. Graham Cancer Center & Research Institute, offering opportunities to advance the field of therapeutic medical physics.
This role involves treatment planning, dosimetry, QA, and the implementation of new technologies, with collaboration across a multidisciplinary radiation oncology team. A residency, ABR certification, and 3–5+ years of post-residency experience are preferred.
ChristianaCare is seeking a Medical Physicist to join the team at the Helen F. Graham Cancer Center & Research Institute. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced physicist or an earlier-career professional ready to take the next step following residency.
This is a day-shift position that is primarily onsite, with approximately 20% remote flexibility . Approximately 50% of onsite time will be spent at an affiliated outpatient location in Broomall, PA, with the remaining onsite time based at the Helen F. Graham Cancer Center located on the Newark campus in Newark, DE.
Because medical physics supports patient care and clinical operations, occasional late-afternoon, evening, night or weekend coverage may be needed based on operational and patient-care needs.
You'll join a multidisciplinary cancer care team where physicists are valued clinical partners and have opportunities to contribute to advanced treatment techniques, technology implementation, quality and safety, education and the continued development of radiation oncology services.
If you are an experienced Medical Physicist-or a post-residency physicist ready to continue developing your expertise in a collaborative environment-we invite you to bring your talents to ChristianaCare.
