Join our Medical Physicist Team in Duluth, MN!

As a member of the radiation oncology team, you will have overall responsibility for the technical aspects of radiation treatments. You will provide therapeutic medical physics support and consultative services for treatment delivery, equipment selection, and acceptance of primarily therapeutic equipment.

Your duties include:

• Work independently and communicate clearly and effectively with coworkers, patients, and patient families.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information.
• Apply strong knowledge of radiation safety.
• Collaborate with the department supervisor and medical director.
• Maintain personal knowledge, education, and skills to demonstrate position‑specific competencies.

Work experience: 3 years in a clinical setting strongly desired.

Education

Master’s degree required in medical physics or related field.

Licensure / Certification

Board certified or board eligible in therapeutic medical physics with at least 3 years of employment, as recognized by the American Board of Radiology, the American Board of Medical Physics, or an equivalent board, and adherence to continuing education requirements.
