Beth Israel Lahey Health's Mount Auburn Hospital is seeking a Medical Physicist to provide professional medical physics support for the Radiation Oncology service. You will collaborate with Radiation Oncologists and Dosimetrists to ensure accurate delivery of treatment prescriptions and act as an educational resource in clinical radiation use.
You will participate in QA/QC, radiation safety, and ongoing education activities, and may supervise dosimetry and treatment planning personnel.

Under the direction of the Chief Medical Physicist, provides professional medical physics for the Radiation Oncology service. Collaborates with the Radiation Oncologist and Dosimetrist staff to assure the accurate delivery of all aspects of radiation oncology treatment prescription. Acts as an educational resource for the use of radiation in the clinical environment. Participates in and directs quality assurance, quality control, and radiation safety activities.
Pay Range: $70.92 - $96.15 The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
