Job summary

Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is seeking a Medical Physicist to provide physics services for planning and delivery of therapeutic radiation treatment according to the Radiation Oncologist's prescription. You will lead clinical set-up for radiation oncologists, dosimetrists and therapists, and ensure high standards of safety and accuracy.

• Master's degree in Medical Physics or related discipline required.
• 3 years of clinical experience in a radiation therapy department or CAMPEP residency completed required.
• Board eligible by the American Board of Radiology in Therapeutic Radiation Physics upon hire required.
• Ability to be listed as an authorized user on State of Georgia Radiation Materials License upon hire required.
• Participation in the ABR Maintenance of Certification program upon hire required.
