Job summary

UPMC Hillman Cancer Center in Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking a Hematologist/Oncologist to diagnose and treat malignant hematologic disorders. The role involves inpatient and outpatient care, research participation, and collaboration with the Hillman team in Pittsburgh to advance leukemia, lymphoma and myeloma care.

The position supports a new oncology fellowship starting July 2025, with competitive salary and benefits and access to state-of-the-art facilities.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification/eligibility in Hematology and/or Oncology.
• Valid PA medical license or eligibility to license in PA.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hematologist/Oncologist to diagnose and treat -Malignant Hematology, to join our dynamic team and help us build out our malignant hematology practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing and treating blood cancers, including leukemia, lymphoma, and myeloma. Become a part of our adoptive immunotherapy program with Bispecific T cell Engagers for myeloma and lymphoma and help us develop our CAR T-cell program. Collaborate with the Hillman Cancer team in Pittsburgh to establish a comprehensive acute leukemia diagnosis and treatment program. This role involves both inpatient and outpatient care, participation in clinical trials, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to provide the best possible outcomes for our patients.
