Now Hiring: Medical Oncologists

We are recruiting for three BC/BE Oncologists, preferably based on the east coast, mid west, and west coast. Employed physicians will provide medical services to our clients on a flexible 2 weeks per month schedule. Travel is required. This position is available as 1099 and W2.

Work schedule: 2 weeks per month — consecutive or alternating — with 26 weeks off per year (six months). Typical clinic hours 0800 - 1700, alternating night call and weekend coverage (1 in 4).

Compensation:

• W2 Option: Competitive salary of $400,000 with benefits and tax withholdings managed.
• 1099 Option: Maximize earnings with premium pay: $500 - $600 per hour, minimum 8 hour guarantee.
• Billable overtime $500 - $600 per hour.
• Night call $750 per night.
• Call back $500 - $600 per hour.
• Weekend call (Sat/Sun) $4,000 for 24 hours; no uncompensated work.
• Total compensation >= $713,000.
