Qualifications

• Board certified or eligible at the time of employment.
• Licensed in the state of Washington by the time of employment.
• Active DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.

Responsibilities

• Join a multi-disciplinary team including medical oncologists and other specialists.
• Ensure patient satisfaction and high value oncology care.
• Opportunity for research and being a principal investigator.
