Dignity Health Medical Group – Bakersfield is seeking an Exceptional Medical Oncologist to join our expanding cancer program. You will deliver comprehensive medical oncology care, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and multidisciplinary collaboration to optimize patient outcomes.

BC/BE Medical Oncologist with CA license, strong communication, and teamwork will thrive in a supportive, growth-minded environment.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification or eligibility in Medical Oncology.
• Active California medical license or eligibility.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical oncology care including diagnosis, treatment planning, and management.
• Collaborate with Hematology/Oncology, Surgical Oncology, and Radiation Oncology teams.
• Contribute to clinical best practices and future development of integrated cancer care.
• Support a patient-centered approach within a growing clinical network.
