• Board: BC/BE in Oncology.
• Fellowship: Required.
• Active IN license.
• DEA license required.
• BLS certification.

• Gaps of less than 6 months accepted.
• Able to provide 3-4 professional references.

Responsibilities

• Provide locum tenens oncology coverage in telehealth, outpatient, and inpatient settings.
• Mon-Fri, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. shift schedule; call coverage as described.
• One week of on-call every 4–5 weeks, including weekdays and weekends.
• Share patient care across oncology (70%) and hematology (30%), primarily benign cases.
• Supervise APPs as part of the clinical team.
