Dignity Health Medical Group – Bakersfield is seeking a Medical Oncologist to join its expanding cancer care program in Bakersfield, California. This role offers collaboration with Hematology/Oncology, Surgical Oncology, and Radiation Oncology to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.

You'll contribute to clinical best practices, participate in program growth, and help shape cancer care within a supportive network. California license and board readiness are expected.

Qualifications

• Board certification or board eligibility in Medical Oncology.
• Active California medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure in California.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary, team-oriented environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $650k to $900k for the first two years, followed by transition to a productivity-based model.
• Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates.
