Job summary

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Medical Office Specialist in Texas for a full-time day-shift role. You will manage front desk operations, patient relations, scheduling, insurance verification, and phone coverage to ensure smooth daily flow.

You will support medical records filing and assist with collecting co-pays, balancing daily transactions in the system. Preferred candidates have 1 year of medical office experience and familiarity with an EHR.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a medical office setting is preferred.
• Experience using an EHR system is highly preferred.
