LifeStance Health Novi seeks a friendly Medical Office Receptionist to manage the front desk for our Novi practice location, delivering welcoming patient service for in-person and telehealth visits.

The Medical Office Receptionist is responsible for managing the front office daily activities for their practice location, ensuring quality customer service to in-person and remote patients and clinicians.
Starting at $21.00 hourly, plus quarterly bonus/incentive potential.

High School or equivalent required, associates/bachelor’s degree, preferred. 1+ years of experience in healthcare operations, customer service, or similar role or setting preferred.
