Responsibilities include interviewing patients, confirming insurance coverage and referrals, handling scheduling changes, and triaging calls. A flexible schedule and travel to multiple locations may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be willing to travel to Morristown, Bridgewater, Rockaway, Pompton Plains and/or Clark locations.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule Monday to Friday, 7:45 am to 5:30 pm.

Medical office associates manage both the front and back of the office, including billing support, scheduling, coding, patient communication, and filing.
