Job summary

Clarvida is seeking an Administrative Assistant in Cookeville, TN to support clinical staff through clerical and administrative tasks. You will manage appointments, organize documentation, greet visitors, and serve as the front-facing representative of the facility.

The role requires excellent Microsoft Office skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with clinical teams. CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain is preferred.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Preferred experience in a medical office with understanding of billing documents and medical terminology.
  • CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain prior to working with clients.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities
