Job summary

Natural Health Center in Midtown Anchorage is seeking compassionate Medical Massage Therapists (LMTs) to join a collaborative team. We offer flexible scheduling to build a full caseload or add days, with options across the week and Saturday hours.

Our multidisciplinary practice includes naturopathic doctors, chiropractors, acupuncturists, and nurses, all working to support patient pain relief, mobility, and overall wellness.

Qualifications

• Active Alaska LMT license in good standing.
• Experience with diverse clients and multidisciplinary teams is a plus.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic massage applications.
• Flexibility to accommodate full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical/therapeutic massage to clients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians.
• Maintain client care standards and scheduling efficiency.
• Support front-office processes for scheduling and billing.

We are looking for 1–2 compassionate and skilled Medical Massage Therapists (LMTs) to join our established, collaborative practice in midtown Anchorage.

WE HAVE FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE OPTIONS!

Whether you’re looking to build a full caseload or simply add a few days to your schedule, we can work with you!

We have opportunities throughout the week, as well as Saturday availability for therapists who want additional hours or a weekend schedule.

Our massage therapists play an important role in that collaborative approach, working alongside other providers to support patients with pain, injuries, chronic conditions, stress, mobility concerns, and overall wellness.

Massage Therapy at NHC

Our therapists utilize a wide range of therapeutic techniques, including:

We bill most major insurance plans and also accept self-pay patients.

60-minute sessions and 15-minute turnover between appointments

Who We're Looking For

We’re looking for an LMT who is:

• Licensed and in good standing in the State of Alaska
• Credentialled and in network with most insurance companies
• Skilled in a variety of massage therapy techniques
• Knowledgeable in anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic applications of massage
• Compassionate, professional, and patient-focused
• Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
• Interested in medical/therapeutic massage and whole-person healthcare

Experience in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting or medical massage is a plus!
