TOPS Staffing is hiring Production Technicians for a growing medical manufacturing operation in Clinton, PA. This entry-level role trains you on automated equipment and manufacturing procedures, with a rotating 2-2-3 shift and built-in overtime.

Starting pay is $19.00/hour days or $20.75/hour nights, with $2.00 night differential. No prior experience required; you will receive paid training and opportunities to advance as you learn and take on higher responsibilities.

• Record production and quality information.
• Follow detailed work instructions and manufacturing procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow cleanroom and PPE requirements.
