Job summary

Losh Associates is seeking an experienced paralegal with medical malpractice experience. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands-on work handling medical malpractice files and will draft complaints, pleadings, and discovery responses.

You will collect, review, and summarize medical records and manage a complex caseload with trial prep duties. This is an in-office position offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits, including health and dental insurance, 401(k) and paid time

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a paralegal in medical malpractice.
• Draft complaints, pleadings, basic motions, discovery and responses.
• Collect, review and summarize medical records.
• Ability to handle a complex case load; Trial preparation: binders, exhibits, lists, etc.
• Communicate with experts and clients.
