The TemPositions Group in White Plains, NY, is seeking an experienced Plaintiff’s Medical Malpractice Attorney to join our hybrid team. This role requires managing complex plaintiff-side medical malpractice matters from intake through trial and appeal, with first-chair experience preferred and a commitment to high-quality advocacy.

• Passion for plaintiff advocacy and securing justice for injured clients.

Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of plaintiff-side medical malpractice litigation from intake through trial and appeal

Location: White Plains, New York - Hybrid

Compensation: Up to $175,000 base salary + profit sharing + year-end bonus

Our client, a highly regarded plaintiff-side litigation firm, is seeking an experienced and motivated Medical Malpractice Attorney to join its growing team. Position Overview: The ideal candidate will have medical malpractice experience (plaintiff side - or defense side willing to learn plaintiff side). First-chair trial experience preferred but not required, and the ability to independently manage complex cases from inception through resolution and appeal.
