The role covers logistics, shipping, receiving, and warehouse functions for the Equipment Acquisition Warehouse Management Division. The candidate will manage inventories, maintain records, and use DMLSS, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to prepare reports and presentations.

Qualifications

• Must be skilled in naval logistics, inventory, and shipping of material.
• Must have great communications skills (writing and speech).
• Knowledge of the DMLSS, Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point applications.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming equipment and assign equipment numbers for accountability in DMLSS.
• Enter plant account information in logs and systems in a timely manner.
• Maintain property files and records, perform inventories and turn in excess equipment.
• Operate forklift and GSA vehicles to receive, transport and turn-in equipment as required.
• Deliver and pick up equipment across hospital departments and installations.
