Job summary

MedSpeed Denver is seeking a part-time Logistics Service Representative/Medical Driver to safely transport lab specimens, medical records, pharmaceuticals and hospital supplies in the Denver metro area. You’ll operate company vehicles, use handheld scanners, and maintain professional client interactions on a daily route schedule.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, a valid driver’s license with 3 years of experience, reliable work history, and the ability to lift up to 50

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years of age with an active driver’s license for 3 years.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow procedures and determine efficient routing between multiple points.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company-owned vehicle and transport lab specimens, medical records, pharmaceuticals and hospital supplies.
• Operate a hand-held scanning device to track items through the transportation cycle.
• Load and unload vehicles with appropriate equipment.
• Strictly observe operating policies, procedures and service schedules.
• Present a professional image to clients and the public through appearance and interaction.
• Route duties vary by client and may be assigned across all routes.
• Demonstrate teamwork and adaptability with teammates and clients.
