Job summary

RB Continuum, Inc in Huntsville, AL, is seeking a Medical Logistics Analyst Level III to provide analytical, research, reporting, and operational support for Army medical logistics readiness and sustainment initiatives. You will work under the Senior Medical Logistics Analyst to collect, validate, analyze, and present data from DML-ES, MEDLOG, and other Army systems to inform decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, healthcare administration, data analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience supporting logistics, supply chain, readiness, inventory management, or analytical operations.
• Experience collecting, analyzing, and presenting logistics or operational data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to develop reports, presentations, and executive briefing materials.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and have an Active Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and analyze medical logistics data from DML-ES, MEDLOG, and other Army logistics systems.
• Develop reports, briefing materials, dashboards, and presentation products supporting AMC medical logistics initiatives.
• Support assessment of national strategic guidance, Department of Defense directives, HQDA policies, and Army medical sustainment requirements.
• Assist in evaluating Army Service Component Command (ASCC) Posture Statements, Theater Support Plans, and medical prepositioned stock programs.
• Conduct research and analysis supporting medical logistics readiness, supply chain performance, inventory management, and sustainment operations.
• Track logistics metrics and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Support preparation of executive summaries, information papers, and decision-support products for Government leadership.
• Participate in planning meetings, working groups, and integrated project teams supporting medical logistics initiatives.
• Assist with coordination among AMC, MEDCOM, DHA, AMLC, USAMMA, and other medical logistics stakeholders.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure accuracy of analytical products and reporting deliverables.
• Support process improvement initiatives related to medical logistics, readiness reporting, and supply chain management.
• Perform administrative and analytical tasks necessary to support Army medical logistics operations and readiness objectives.
