Job summary

Weeks Medical Center in Lancaster, NH is seeking a per diem Medical Laboratory Scientist to process specimens, run tests, and report results under the Clinical Laboratory Manager. Candidates must hold a B.S. in Medical Technology or MLS and be ASCP certified or eligible within one year of hire.

Licensure in New Hampshire is optional. The pay range is $33.77/hr to $45.59/hr with final compensation based on experience.

Job Summary

Process specimens, perform tests, report results, calibrate equipment, and assist the Clinical Laboratory Manager in determining the accuracy and utility of new tests and procedures. Requirements: B.S. in Medical Technology or Medical Laboratory Science that meets the academic requirements of the ASCP Board Registry. Must be certified by ASCP or equivalent. If not currently board certified, must be certified within one year of hire. Licensure is optional in the State of New Hampshire. The anticipated hourly range for this position is $33.77/hr - $42.22/hr - $45.59/hr. Final compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate's applicable experience, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
