Henderson Health Care Services is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician to join our hospital and clinic network in Henderson, NE. You will perform testing across laboratory departments, maintain quality control, and document results accurately.

The ideal candidate has an AS degree in medical technology or equivalent (MT/MLT), with BS in related sciences preferred; ASCP certification is a plus. We offer a competitive salary, benefits, a $7,500 hire-on bonus, and loan forgiveness options.

Qualificações

• Associate in Science in medical technology or equivalent; BS in related science preferred.
• ASCP certification preferred.
• MLT/MT certification is required or eligible.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains quality control procedures and preventive maintenance.
• Performs testing across laboratory departments in a timely manner.
• Responds to emergency laboratory calls after hours with a 20-minute response time.
• Documents results and ensures accuracy of patient records.
• Maintains safety and confidentiality in accordance with policies.
