Qualifications

• When applicable, Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field or an equivalent combination of education and lab experience totaling at least 2 years.
• Experience with laboratory testing across routine, moderate, and high complexity analyses is preferred.

• Perform routine, moderate, and high-complexity laboratory testing on blood and body fluid specimens.
• Ensure accurate and reliable results through strict adherence to quality control protocols.
• Conduct instrument function checks and preventative maintenance per department standards.
• Maintain required records and statistical data in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Assist in training new employees and students on laboratory procedures.
• Collect chain-of-custody urine drug screens as required.
• Work with minimal supervision while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.

Job Description

As a PRN MLT/MT, you will:

• Perform routine, moderate, and high-complexity laboratory testing on blood and body fluid specimens

• Ensure accurate and reliable results through strict adherence to quality control protocols

• Maintain required records and statistical data in compliance with regulatory standards

PRN Status Clause:

This is an as-needed (PRN) position designed for flexibility:
