Job summary

Qualifications

• Effective communication with team and accuracy in documentation.

Responsibilities

• Completes routine and stat testing within established timeframes with minimal discrepancies.
• Performs analysis independently according to established criteria.
• Maintains accurate records and documentation for all tests.
• Consults with technologist, section head or pathologist on unusual results with limited discrepancies.
• Inputs data accurately into the computer system.
• Participates in quality improvement activities and continuing education.
• Orders and restocks laboratory supplies.
