Job summary

Sonic Healthcare USA is hiring for a full-time Laboratory Operations role in Tyler, Texas, on the 3rd shift with 18% shift differential. You will perform high-complexity testing, analyze results, and ensure safety and quality in a fast-paced lab environment.

Ideal candidates hold an associate degree in laboratory science or MLT, ASCP certification, and 1 year of high-complexity testing experience. Benefits include comprehensive medical coverage, 401(k) with match, and paid time off.

• Ability to operate general laboratory equipment including automated analyzers, centrifuges, microscopes, and more.

In this role, you will:

All you need is:

• At minimum an associate’s degree in laboratory science or medical laboratory technology from an accredited institution
• 1 year of laboratory training or experience performing high complexity testing
• Certification from the American Society of Clinical Pathologists or equivalent
• Strong reading, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to operate general laboratory equipment, including but not limited to: telephones, computers, automated analyzers, centrifuges, microscopes, manual and automated pipettes, and audible alarms
