Job summary

Spectrum Healthcare Resources is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician to support Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune in Jacksonville, NC, delivering accurate lab testing in a mission-driven environment for our nation’s heroes and their families.

This full-time position requires U.S. citizenship, an NAACLS/ABHES-accredited MLT program, certification or state licensure, and at least one year of MLT experience with phlebotomy, plus BLS. Benefits include comprehensive medical plans and PTO.

Position Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship Required
• Degree/Education: Must have Medical Lab Tech training program accredited by the NAACLS or the ABHES
• Certification: as a Medical Lab tech by the American Society of Clinical Pathologist (ASCP) or American Medical Technologist (AMT) or state licensure as a medical lab tech
• Experience: One year as MLT with Phlebotomy experience within the last 3 years
• BLS
