Job summary

Confidential hospital in Dresden, OH is seeking a Lab Tech or Medical Technologist (MT/MLT). The role involves performing clinical lab tests, operating state-of-the-art equipment, and ensuring accurate data for patient care in a brand-new facility.

Full-time, 36 hours weekly with day and night shifts. Competitive hourly rates with sign-on bonus and full benefits. New grads with clinical lab experience will be considered.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Technician program (required).
• MT/CLS (ASCP) or MLT/CLS (ASCP) certification (required).
• Blood Bank experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical laboratory tests to aid diagnosis and treatment.
• Operate and maintain lab equipment as directed.
• Contribute to a fast-paced, high-volume lab environment.
