Baptist Health Floyd in New Albany, IN is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist for a part-time role with 3 eight-hour shifts from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. The position requires weekend rotation every 3rd weekend and holiday coverage rotation.
You will apply knowledge of Clinical Laboratory Science to perform high complexity testing, maintain QC-compliant records, and generate accurate results using SOPs while exercising independent judgment.

In this role, you must have knowledge of Clinical Laboratory Science, possess the skills necessary to perform high complexity testing and have an understanding of the clinical relevance of laboratory testing and reporting. Must maintain records of performance and utilize independent judgement to generate acceptable test results within QC standards. Performs testing according to standard operating procedures.
