Job summary

KA Recruiting Inc. is recruiting a Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Scientist for a permanent, full-time position at a Magnet-designated teaching hospital in Georgia.

The role offers day, evening, or night shifts with flexibility, and opportunities across Core Laboratory, Blood Bank, and Microbiology. A Bachelor’s in Medical Technology and certification as MT/MLS (ASCP or equivalent) are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field.
• Certification as MT/MLS by ASCP or equivalent required.
• Experience in chemistry, hematology, transfusion services, or microbiology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform and validate tests in Core Laboratory (Chemistry and Hematology).
• Contribute to Blood Bank/Transfusion Services operations.
• Support Microbiology workflows and infection control programs.

NEW Medical Technologist OR Medical Laboratory Scientist Opening at an Award Winning Hospital in Georgia! This large hospital offers over 50 specialties and is a Magnet Designated hospital for nursing excellence. This hospital is also a teaching hospital and offers residency-training programs as well advanced training for nursing students.

This hospital is looking to hire a permanent and full time, experienced Medical Technologist OR Medical Laboratory Scientist or either day, evening or night shift (with flexibility!) for the following departments:

• Core Laboratory - Chemistry and Hematology Department
• Blood Bank or Transfusion Services
• Microbiology

They can also accommodate 5x8s, 4x10s or 7on/7off shifts! For consideration, applicants must have a Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology (or a related field). In addition, applicants MUST have a certification as a MT ORMLSby the Board of Registry ofASCP(or equivalent).
