Job summary

Two tracks are listed: MT/MLS at $28-$40/hour and MLT at $22-$33/hour, with compensation based on experience, education, and certifications. Multiple shifts may be available in a supportive lab environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (MLT) or Bachelor's degree (MT/MLS) in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field.
• ASCP certification preferred or eligible to obtain certification.
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex laboratory testing in accordance with established procedures.
• Analyze, interpret, and report test results accurately and efficiently.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation.
• Perform quality control and quality assurance procedures.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support patient care.
