Job summary

Tidelands Health is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician (Non-Certified) to join its team. This regular, night-shift role focuses on accurate specimen analysis, prompt result reporting, and adherence to QC policies to ensure reliable test outcomes.

The ideal candidate will hold an Associate's degree in Medical Technology or related science, with clinical training in MLT areas and strong teamwork skills to collaborate with physicians, hospital staff, and fellow laboratory personnel.

Education Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Medical Technology, or chemical, physical, or biological science — Required

Experience Qualifications

• Clinical training in school of Medical Laboratory Technology for the areas to be worked

Skills and Abilities

• Ability to work closely with management to ensure processes and procedures are implemented and maintained within the work group
• Ability to use open communication between coworkers, physicians, hospital and clinic employee partners and healthcare leaders
