Cook Children's Medical Center in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) to perform and supervise clinical laboratory testing with a focus on accuracy and reliability. The MLS will verify results, troubleshoot instrument problems, and maintain quality control across the laboratory processes.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and NAACLS program completion, with at least 6 months of clinical lab experience; ASCP certification or eligibility is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in medical technology or clinical/biological/physical sciences plus NAACLS program completed.
• Minimum six months of clinical lab testing experience in waived/moderate/high complexity tests.
• Pediatric experience preferred; U.S. degree equivalency may be required for non-U.S. degrees.

Responsabilidades

• Perform clinical laboratory testing with accuracy and within expected parameters.
• Staff hours, rotate on-call, and maintain compliance with CCMC Laboratory and Corporate Compliance Plans.
