Education and Formal Training:
Bachelor’s degree in a chemical, biological, clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or Medical Technology from an accredited institution with appropriate clinical training in the testing of neonatal, pediatric, adolescent and adult patients MLS(ASCP) required
