• Organizes and prioritizes daily work tasks efficiently.
• Assists medical technologists by processing and preparing samples for analysis.
• Places prepared samples and quality control materials on analyzers.
• Answers telephone inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Initiates quality control studies according to established protocols.
• Reports equipment or computer malfunctions to technologists or supervisor immediately.

Supports laboratory operations by performing delegated tasks. Ensures timely and accurate completion of assignments. Coordinates with team members to maintain workflow.
