Quest Diagnostics in Fridley, MN is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist I to join our state-of-the-art laboratory team. The position runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with rotational weekends and exposure to a broad range of assays and instrumentation.
You will follow established procedures and ensure accurate reporting of patient test results. Ideal candidates have a BS in Medical Technology or related science, plus clinical laboratory experience.

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
BS in Medical Technology preferred; or BS/BA in Chemistry or Biology, or Associates degree in a Laboratory Science or Medical Technology, or Previously qualified as a Technologist under 42 CFR 493
1 year Clinical experience (high complexity testing) preferred.
