Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Medical Laboratory Scientist or equivalent certification required or preferred.
• Minimum one year hematology laboratory experience in a hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform chemical, bacteriological, serological and microscopic procedures in one or more laboratory sections.
• Maintain records of performance, patient results and quality control.
• Maintain equipment and record preventive and remedial maintenance.
• Assist with laboratory training programs as required.
