Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center in Woodbridge, VA is hiring a Medical Laboratory Scientist or Laboratory Technician for full-time evening shifts (2p–10:30p) in the clinical lab. A sign-on bonus up to $20,000 is offered for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities include performing laboratory tests, interpreting and reporting results, and maintaining department instruments and equipment. Requires a Bachelor's in medical technology or related field and appropriate certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in medical technology or Biology/Chemical Science required.
• ASCP, AMT, or AAB certification/licensure preferred or required.
• MLS/MLT designation or equivalent experience helpful.
