Medical City Dallas is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist to join our on-site laboratory team. The role performs chemical, bacteriological, serological and microscopic procedures across one or more sections, maintaining accurate records and quality controls to ensure safe, reliable patient results.

Responsibilities include equipment upkeep, supporting training programs, and contributing to a culture of safety and service.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Experience: at least 1 year in a hospital setting preferred.

What You Will Do In This Role

• You will perform chemical, bacteriological, serological and microscopic procedures in one or more laboratory sections.
• You will maintain records of performance, patient results and quality control.
• You will maintain equipment, record preventive and remedial maintenance of equipment.
• You will assist with laboratory training programs as required.

What Qualifications You Will Need

• Bachelor’s Degree is required
• Medical Laboratory Scientist, or Certified Medical Lab, or Certified Lab Technologist, or Clinical Laboratory Scientist, or Medical Lab Scientist, or American Medical Technologist is required
• At least one year experience in a hospital setting is preferred.
