$ Pay Rate: $40 - $43/hr on W2

Pride Health is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) to support a busy Microbiology/Core Laboratory in an acute-care hospital setting. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced professionals and motivated new graduates looking to gain hands-on lab experience in a high-volume environment.

• Perform laboratory testing in the Core Lab and report results per SOP
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory analyzers and equipment
• Conduct quality control and maintain accurate laboratory documentation
• Manage laboratory supplies and inventory
• Collaborate with the patient care team by providing timely lab information
• Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Science / Medical Technology (required)
• BS degree in Medical Laboratory Science / Medical Technology (preferred)
• ASCP or equivalent MLS certification (required)
• Prior lab experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced lab
