Job summary

Aura Health is seeking a Medical Lab Scientist to perform complex clinical laboratory tests in a fast-paced, patient-centered setting. You will process and analyze specimens across chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and urinalysis, validate results, and ensure proper specimen handling.

You will operate, monitor, and troubleshoot analyzers, maintain quality control and regulatory compliance, prioritize STAT testing, document results, and communicate critical findings to physicians and nursing

Qualifications

• Strong technical lab skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of laboratory quality systems and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to troubleshoot instrumentation and communicate in urgent care settings.
