Job summary

Ironside Human Resources in Klamath Falls, Oregon seeks a full-time Medical Lab Technician/Technologist to join a smaller hospital east of town. The role includes day shift, four 10-hour shifts with call rotation, and a relocation package plus retention bonus.

You will perform routine and complex laboratory testing, maintain safety and compliance, and handle specimen collection and blood bank procedures. Candidates with ASCP/AMT MLT/MT certification and an associate degree or higher are

Qualifications

• Medical Lab Technician/Technologist must have an associates or higher in a related field of study.
• Must possess MLT or MT certification from ASCP or AMT.
• Previous experience preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience with phlebotomy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Medical Lab Technician p erforms routine and complex clinical laboratory testing, including specimen collection, analysis, documentation, and blood bank procedures.
• Maintain regulatory compliance, laboratory safety, equipment operation, and communication of results
