Qualifikationen

• Completion of a Medical Laboratory Technician program through an accredited vocational/technical institution.

• Focus on patient safety, accuracy, and timely reporting.

• Performs specimen collection according to SOPs.
• Ensures accuracy of patient identifiers and specimen labeling.
• Reports test results clearly and promptly to clinicians.
• Performs quality control and maintenance of lab equipment.
• Handles blood bank procedures and all routine chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, serology, and microbiology tasks as SOP.
