Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree required or Military Training Program in medical laboratory procedures.

Responsibilities

• Performs a wide variety of laboratory procedures using manual and automated methods.
• Exhibits independent judgement in performance and reporting of results.
• Participates in quality improvement activities within the laboratory.

Education

Associate’s Degree Medical Laboratory Technology, Biological Sciences, Chemistry, or Life Sciences with 26 science credits with appropriate experience in a CLIA laboratory, or Military Training Program (An official U.S. Military medical laboratory procedures training course and that the applicant has held the military enlisted occupational specialty of Medical Laboratory Specialist – Laboratory Technician.)
