Job summary

Qualifications

• Must achieve ASCP, NCA, or AMT certification within 6 months of hire.
• Current BLS certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• High School Diploma or GED and MLT training through an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Completes routine and stat testing within established timeframes with minimal discrepancies.
• Performs analysis independently and maintains accurate records and documentation.
• Communicates questionable results to supervising technologist and documents findings.
• Inputs data into the computer system and supports quality improvement efforts.
• Attends at least 80% of Continuing Education activities.
