Highpoint Health Winchester with Ascension Saint Thomas is seeking a Medical Lab Technician to join our dedicated lab team in Winchester, TN. You will perform routine testing, report results, and ensure instrument reliability in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Requires an Associate's Degree in Science and MLT certification if possible; applicant should work well under pressure and maintain quality control across all assays. Full-time on-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's Degree in Science Required
• License: MLT Certification through ASCP or AMT Preferred
• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action

Responsibilities

• Performs common testing procedures and reports test results.
• Performs instrument maintenance and troubleshooting.
