Job Summary:

Beautiful new lab with WINDOWS 2nd shift

Performs routine and stat clinical pathology testing appropriate to the laboratory discipline and reports results in a timely manner with occasional guidance. Responsible for the accurate performance of laboratory tests and other duties in a manner that complies with all approved protocols. Utilizes basic problem-solving skills to assure accurate and reliable clinical outcomes.

  • Provides patient-focused care in a clinical setting through the accurate performance of routine tests through the pre-analytic, analytic and post-analytic stages.
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Actively participates in compliance and quality management activities.

Technical Capabilities:
  • Quality Assurance (Fundamental Awareness): Understands the goal of increasing organizational productivity and individual performance by making the products and services within your work assignments more efficient and more effective.   • Equipment Maintenance (Novice): Possesses sufficient fundamental proficiency to successfully demonstrate the ability to maintain equipment, products, or systems in practical applications of moderate difficulty. Assures that parts inventory is sufficient.
  • Diagnostic Testing (Novice): Demonstrates proficiency of diagnostic testing in practical applications. Possesses sufficient knowledge, training, and experience to be capable of successfully delivering results.
