Job summary

Ingenovis Health is seeking a Medical Lab Technician (MLT) to assist in laboratory testing and analysis, ensuring sterility and precision in all procedures. You will set up and calibrate equipment, collect diverse samples, and follow standardized lab protocols to support accurate diagnostics.

The role requires 1–2 years of recent clinical care experience and an active license or accreditation in the U.S. state system.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years recent experience in the job's primary area of care.
• Active license or appropriate accreditation in one of the 50 U.S. states
• Additional requirements & certifications as may be requested by the specific facility/unit
• An enthusiastic, adventurous spirit with a desire to help

Responsibilities

• As a Medical Lab Technician, or Med Lab Tech, you'll work in the lab to help conduct important patient tests.
• Med Lab Techs set up, calibrate, and operate lab equipment and collect and assess samples of different types.
• MLTs must be able to precisely follow laboratory procedures to ensure sterility and accuracy in their results'you are an important part of the diagnostic process!
