ASHFORD CONNEX, LLC is seeking a Lab/Medical Lab Tech or Medical Technologist (MT/MLT) in Dresden, OH. You will perform clinical lab tests in a brand-new facility with state-of-the-art equipment and a fast-paced environment.

The role requires MT/CLS (ASCP) or MLT/CLS (ASCP) certification and graduation from an accredited program; new grads with clinical lab experience will be considered. Full benefits, sign-on bonus, and shift differentials are included.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Medical Technologist/MLT program (required).
• MT/CLS (ASCP) or MLT/CLS (ASCP) certification (required).
• Blood Bank experience is a plus.
• New grads will be considered if they completed a clinical in a high-volume lab.

Responsabilités

• Perform various clinical laboratory tests to obtain data for diagnosis and treatment by following procedures, operating and maintaining equipment.
• Contribute to quality control and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with pathologists and clinicians to deliver accurate test results in a timely manner.
