Baptist Health in Jacksonville is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist II for the Core Lab on the evening shift. This full-time role requires strong chemistry, coagulation, urinalysis, hematology and serology skills, working with Beckman instruments and a team of 7–8 MTs and 4 specimen processors.
The position emphasizes supervision, education of staff, and adherence to SOPs in a busy hospital lab setting. Florida licensure is required or eligible.

Baptist Health is looking to add a highly motivated and skilled Medical Laboratory Scientist II to join our team working in the Core Lab at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville. This is a full-time opportunity for evening shift. This candidate must be trained in the areas of chemistry, coagulation, urinalysis, hematology and some serology. This candidate will have the opportunity to work with Beckman Instruments and our automation line for all chemistry, hematology and coagulation instruments. This candidate must be comfortable working closely with a team of 7-8 Medical Technologists and four Specimen Processors.
This Medical Laboratory Scientist II position will be located in our Core Lab at Baptist Downtown. Primary Location: Downtown - Main Building
